RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Chiller is used to cool water before it is mixed with cement, aggregates, and other materials. The main purpose is to control concrete temperature, especially during hot-weather concreting. 🔄 Simple Flow 1. Warm Water Enters the Chiller Water from the storage tank enters the chiller system at the required flow rate. ⬇️ 2. Evaporator – Water Gets Cooled The refrigeration system removes heat from the water, reducing it to the required chilled-water temperature. ⬇️ 3. Chilled Water Storage The cooled water is collected in a chilled-water tank and maintained at the desired temperature. ⬇️ 4.
